You can join our 3-month internship for hands-on experience shaping our culture and visibility.

What you’ll learn & do:

• Assist with recruitment (job postings, CV screening, scheduling). 
• Support onboarding/offboarding and HR records. 
• Help with internal events. 
• Contribute to employer branding content (LinkedIn, Instagram) and campaigns.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Student/recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, or related. 
•  Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both Romanian and English.
• Creative, detail oriented.
• Passion for people and employer branding. 
• Basic editing skills (Canva/ CapCut).
• Social media skills are a plus.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
