Requirements

Solid experience in accounting and finance (10+ years), including team management
Strong knowledge of local statutory requirements; IFRS exposure is a plus
Hands-on experience in process improvement and internal controls
Good command of English and solid Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
A proactive, organized and detail-oriented professional, capable of operating independently

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards and internal group policies
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors on tax-related matters
Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and reporting packages
Coordinate audits and act as the main point of contact for financial authorities
Coach and develop a small team, fostering a high-performance culture
