Cerinte

• Experience in sales administration
• Experience in export processes (transport, duty, taxes)
• Know how in ERP
• Experience in human resource management
• Office Tools: Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams etc.
• Experience in ERP and BI systems

• English
• German

Responsabilitati

• Responsible for planning, steering and monitoring of the order management for the different countries
• Personal responsibility for the team in LX - leading, resource planning
• Ensure the information exchange between LX, HO and countries
• Responsible for the commercial sample process: Order entering, delivery linked to priorities, returns, stock takings, manage losses
• Coordination of all internal orders (Marketing, Test samples, Events)
• Ensure general overarching processes: month closing in order management, price uploads and adjustments, monitoring and handling weird dates, etc.
• Participation in sales operation projects
• Rework and set up global sales processes
• Train and support global sales processes for LX and subsidiaries in JP, CN & US and all the distributors
• Supper user ERP & BI
