Entry level - Collections Analyst - Polish skills required

Requirements

- Entry Qualification — University Graduate (desirable financial/economic)
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Fluency in Polish is required;
- Preferred disciplines - collections, customer service or outbound calls
- Strong oral and written skills including very good telephone and negotiation skills;
- Team player;
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload

Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction - Daily interaction with customers, sales and in-house teams to ensure prompt payment of amounts due
- Transaction Processing & Audit - Research and reconcile transactions on customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of the account information
- Exception Handling - Handle exceptions relating to the cash collections process within one’s scope; Prompt escalation of material issues preventing payment to Team Lead
- Report Generation - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports required to carry out the role
- Contribute to projects - Participate in projects including service and quality initiatives and data migration projects on acquired entities when required
