Responsabilitati

Sales Support
- Provide administrative supportive for quotes, orders, projects and ad hoc purposes
- Lead Generation � identify potential sales opportunities
- Diary management and appointment setting
- Market research � questionnaires on customer satisfactions
- Contacting existing customers and ensuring they are receiving a positive
service

Service Delivery
- Participate in the full application life cycle from design to development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Take in charge new incidents (inbound calls, emails and provide support following troubleshooting procedures and using specific applications
- Follow up incidents where necessary (call back the clients, communicate with the internal departments on escalated issues)
- Provide the clients with information regarding the status of their incidents
