Requirements
Candidate profile:
• Bachelor degree in sociology, psychology or economics or a related field;
• Enthusiastic and fast learner with passion for recruitment;
• Experience on IT recruitment projects is an advantage;
• Knowledge of the labor market environment and dynamics;
• A good negotiator, flexibility, creativity, “out of the box” thinking;
• Very good abilities to communicate verbally and written (Romanian and English);
• Able to work through ambiguous situations;
• Organized and detail-oriented;
• Intermediate Excel skills is preferred.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to available career opportunities;
• Contact possible candidates to inform them of career opportunities;
• Coordinate scheduling of interviews;
• Update the candidates database;
• Conducting researches on our local labor market according to requested profiles;
• Maintain and develop professional relationships by attending social groups and conferences;
• Ensuring a good image of the company through transparency, confidentiality and reality of the given information.
The role is unpaid with the possibility to be hired in one of the largest recruitment teams in Bucharest.
