Requirements

Ericsson is looking for Telecom & IT fresh graduates for an intense Graduate Program. The Graduate Program consists of trainings with instructors (RAN, Transport, IP, Core, OSS, BSS, Media & Application), on the job training s inside different teams and several assessments. The candidates with the best results will compete for future roles based on competence, attitude and company’s recruitment policies.

During the training on the job you will come in close contact with daily activities of our engineers and you will receive information on our main competence areas: RAN, Transport, CORE, Services, BSS/OSS, M2M, Media & other Special areas.

Qualifications:

University requirements for admission to test:
• Graduates of “Electronica, Telecomunicatii si Tehnologia Informatiei”
• Graduates of “Automatica si Calculatoare”
• Graduates of “Cibernetica, Statistica si Informatica Economica”.

Or relevant work experience in Telecom or IT.

Individual requirements for admission during interviews:
• Understanding of at least one of the competence areas we are recruiting for (Telecommunication Networks, Programming & Scripting, Unix/ OS Administration)
• Participation to relevant school projects is a plus
• Participation to classes in domain is a plus
• Sense of responsibility and desire to learn
• Stress resilience
• Enthusiasm, excitement
• Availability to work in shifts
• Excellent command of English
• Italian, Spanish, German, French skills are nice to have.
