Requirements

- Fluency in English on all levels of communication
- Great attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

- Follows a well established criteria to identify the appropriate owners of requests
- Checks for missing information according to a list of mandatory details to be included depending on the request type
- Proactively communicates with Sales on the status of his request, and any additional details he has to provide in order to move the requests further
- Addresses any gaps in the procedure with the appropriate departments
- Takes initiative in adjusting the processes to best fit the stakeholders needs and benefit the overall cycle time
