    Job description:
    The Junior Business Analyst for Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting Division is a member of the Business Intelligence Business Analysis Professionals’ Team, creating business specifications for “Run the Bank”/ “Change the Bank” areas. The candidate must be able to ensure consultancy services and alignment of business partners and is responsible of business requests end-to-end implementation. 
    Responsibilities:
    • Defines, analyses and documents solution design and specifications for BI business requests. 
    • Participates in the estimation process of BI business requirements based on identified solutions as well as impact of changes to existing functionalities 
    • Performs gap analysis between as-is solution and the business requirements, interface logical design, technical mapping of the transformation rules, data profiling and analysis
    • Provides recommendations on functionality and applicability of technological solutions to business requirements. Works closely with the developers’ team(s) to ensure that all requirements have been addressed. 
    • Contributes to the test plan and assures support for testing, UAT for the new/changed/impacted functionalities as well as “Run the Bank”/ “Change the Bank” incidents resolution.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience;
    • Knowledge of business and technical requirements management, the data/BI applications development lifecycle and QA methodologies
    • Knowledge in the field of technical requirements collection, specification documentation preparation and specification’s lifecycle
    • Knowledge of BI/DWH and reporting solutions design, databases design, Data  modeling and data integration patterns
    • Experience with source system data analysis
    • Knowledge of proprietary or market standard models (logical and physical implementations)
    • Advanced SQL knowledge
    • Strong analytical skills (ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions), organizational and communication skills;   
    • Must be a self-starter and a quick study;
    • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
    • Excellent time management skills;
    • English proficiency is a must (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).
    Additional Desired Skills:
    • Experience with systems development methodologies within a large corporate environment;
    • Preferable experience in complex environments as far as volumes of data; 
    • Experience in the Banking industry.
