IBM Internship Brasov - Application Support Specialist (with German skills)

Requirements

* Last year students/ enrolled in a Master Program / fresh graduates (IT Profile)
* Software skills in Windows/ UNIX environment
* Understanding of IT (to enable you to work with a wide range of IT systems and interfaces)
* English: Advanced
* German: Medium – Advanced
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Nice to Have / Preferred:
* Basic Knowledge about SQL, Oracle database

Responsibilities

The intern will have the possibility to be trained on the Application Support Specialist role. You will be trained and assist the mentor in applying full ITIL Scope for Incident,Change, Release and Problem Management.

The Intern will assist the mentor how to deal with daily tasks, conduct / implement changes in the productive environment, solve incidents that arise day-to-day, perform code analysis and investigation on problem tickets.

The internship is a "hand-on" learning experience with courses and training for soft skills and technological skills.

After 3 months of internship all the suitable candidates will be offered the option of a full time position in IBM.
