Job description:
* Quality planning for electronic components in the Design and Development phase according to the assigned components/suppliers.
* Participation in the cross-functional supplier selection and sourcing process. Planning, initiating and follow-up of the Supplier Advanced Quality.
* Planning for electronic components to ensure that the supplier components meet our specified requirements.
* Negotiation of the Continental General Quality Requirements (GQA).
* Definition of corrective sections and monitoring of effectiveness.
* Supplier quality performance rating (strategic & operational), tracking and reporting.
* A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Job requirements:
* English - advanced.
* Automotive Quality Standards knowledge.
* Manufacturing process knowledge is a plus.
* Negotiation knowledge.
* Quality tools and methods (SPC, MSA, 8D, Reliability, DOE, FMEA, FTA, etc.).
