About us

Global Remote Services, GRS, is the oldest and leading Independent Contact Centre provider in Romania, with ten years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market.
Founded in January 2004, in Bucharest, GRS provides a broad range of multilingual and multi-channel contact center and back office services to organizations across Europe.

Global Remote Services has 3 offices in Romania, 2 in Bucharest and one, recently open, in Piatra Neamt. The company has now more than 500 employees and plans to continue its development.
