Essential requirements

-5+ years of Accounting and Finance experience.
-Evidence of leadership and ability to deal with change successfully
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to setup or fully redesign a process
-Act as a business partner to senior leadership
-Attention to detail
-PQ/ Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent

Desirable requirements
-Previous experience working in MNC

Responsabilitati

The role of the Accounting Advisor involves ensuring assigned intercompany journal entries are completed accurately and on time, as well as properly documented and approved according Dell policy.

Other duties will include:
-Timely and accurate closing of the books in line with set deadlines and leads Accounting -Projects to improve processes within Accounting
-Analyses IC transactions and balances and ensures IC accounts balance to zero
-Prepares and reviews aging of IC transactions
-Appropriate preparation and booking of journal entries in line with Corporate Policy
-Reviews and approves IC journal entries in line with Corporate Policy
-Supports monthly IC accounts reconciliation process
-Researches and responds to CSA, SOX, Corporate Governance and audit issues
