BESEDO offers solutions for improved user experience and fraud on the Internet, mainly in the field of UGC (User Generated Content). Our customers are leading companies in the online buying and selling, dating, social networking and media, for whom safety and consumer confidence is crucial. We have offices in Stockholm, Malta, Colombia and Romania. The Stockholm office has just moved to new premises in Hornstull.

Besedo is currently in an expansionary phase in automation and we need to strengthen our development team with one more person focused on devops.

Requirements

- Proficiency in German, both writing & speaking and a good level of English are a must for this role;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Customer management skills, an understanding and problem solving attitude will help you to do a great job;
- You need to be able to work independently and to have a positive and reliable attitude because you will be part of a friendly team;
- Dedication and flexibility will be also highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

- Process customer queries per email
- Review and moderate all user-generated content and profiles
- Help to improve customers' satisfaction
- Filter and screen customers' concerns
- Understand and analyse issues, and relay them to the business unit
- Help with the improvement and maintenance of our email system
- Provide feedback to managers on trends, most common end-user mistakes, most common end-user questions asked, possible improvements of rules and back office system
