    Absolvent/a de studii superioare
    Experienta in recrutare in diferite arii
    Cunostinte MS Office � cel putin nivel mediu;
    Experienta in BPO � constituie un avantaj;
    Limba engleza � nivel avansat;
    Orientare spre rezultate, proactivitate;
    Abilitati de negociere si persuasiune;
    Abilitati foarte bune de organizare, comunicare, prezentare şi relationare
    Capacitatea de a urmari și soluționa mai multe proiecte de recrutare/ selectie în paralel

    Responsabilitati

    Gestionarea procesului de recrutare si selectie, prin:intocmirea profilului candidatului, elaborarea si postarea anunturilor de recrutare,
    Activitati de cautare de candidati prin identificarea celei mai potrivite strategii de cautare (headhunting, cautare in diferite baze de date, solicitare de recomandari interne/ externe, etc.),
    Screening de cv-uri si analiza candidaturilor,
    Sustinerea de interviuri face to face si telefonice,
    Comunicarea feedback-urilor catre candidati.
    Inregistrarea informatiilor in baza de date si emiterea de rapoarte periodice de recrutare.
    Derularea interviurilor de exit si centralizarea datelor in scopul generarii de rapoarte de exit, identificarea punctelor de imbunatatit si propunerea de planuri de actiune in vederea corectarii acestora.
