    Requirements

    We are looking for a focused and proactive Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate holds relevant compensation & benefits (“comp & ben”) experience and has been responsible for implementing innovative comp & ben programs in a best practice environment.
    Key responsibilities:
    • Designs and implements the comp & ben programs and policies across the organization;
    • Generates comp & ben data analysis, reports, budgets, statistics, etc, formulates conclusions and recommendations;
    • Coordinates the HR statutory and compliance outsourced processes;
    • Develops and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders as well as the external providers in the comp & ben area;
    • Administrates the HR systems for personnel administration (HRIS based on SAP);
    • Acts as an internal consultant on all the compensation and benefits related matters.

    Responsibilities

    Key Requirements:
    • A minimum of 3-4 years’ comp & ben experience in a multinational company;
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills,
    • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills;
    • Ability to coordinate multiple projects in the comp & ben area;
    • Proactive, adaptable and driven;
    • Mastery in using relevant Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
