Optymyze provides enterprise cloud applications for improving sales and channel performance. The Optymyze platform includes incentive compensation and sales performance management applications for executing sales and channel strategies; driving desired selling behaviors; enabling people to produce better results; and using business intelligence to analyze and improve performance.
Cerinte
- 5-7 years of experience in providing technology-based professional services or management consulting
- Manage teams of at least 5 members
- External client exposure at all levels and on-site experience in a client-facing role
- Experience implementing multiple IT projects
- Excellent English skills
- Fast learner with out-of-the-box thinking and creativity
- Self-driven individual with exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
PREFERRED:
- Experience with Sales processes/Sales performance management/Sales Compensation Management/Sales Operations
- Project management experience
- Architecture and data model design skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
Responsabilitati
- Manage client communication and participate in on-site meetings when necessary
- Advise clients with the current and future direction of their sales performance management programs and develop a long term partnership
- Lead the project team and mentor employees to help them grow into successful professionals
- Ensure the services delivered by the company are conform to what has been contractually agreed and monitor the delivery of said services against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget
- Manage resource planning and address resources performance issues
- Report internally on project performance (services delivery, progress, economics etc.).
- Develop innovative adaptable solutions in order to meet changing client business needs and create repeatable standards that can be leveraged across the organization
- Develop training plans, coach junior members and facilitate knowledge transfer across the company
- Identify new business opportunities and continuously communicate with upper management
- Manage and execute on the account planning process
- Act as an advocate for team members and develop a long-term trust-based relationship with them
