Requirements

Education and Experience Required:

First Level University degree. 3 + years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Personal Skills: Strong independent worker, assertive communication and persuasion, leadership, respect deadlines, good in prioritizing tasks, team worker but also leading and proposing solutions in the area of expertise; organized person; solution oriented and flexible; able to draw conclusions, build an action plan and execute against it, communicate appropriately to involved stakeholders
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key HPE Enterprise Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
Knowledge/exposure of Telecom business environment for the CMS line of businesses.

Responsibilities

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues, and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Leads and provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
Responsible of supervising quality improvement processes activities
Works closely with Operations Sales and Delivery Managers and Domain Leaders
