Qualifications required
• At least 1 year’s experience in B-to-B service sector telephony, and are proficient in French to c1 level and English to b1 level
• Business oriented, communicate effectively, have strong interpersonal skills, and are able to build an atmosphere of trust
• Curious, rigorous and with an analytical mind
• Adaptable and flexible
• Apply yourself to your work, work well on a team
• Skilled in Excel’s and CRM tools’ basic functions
• Consult and use online business information sources
Responsabilitati
Job Description:
Your role will consist in ensuring data quality and completeness in our sales CRM through targeted update operations.
Goals: Grow acquisition and sales and develop our market leadership in France and abroad by contributing to lead generation and pipeline objectives.
Objective: Ensure that our Salesforce database is up-to-date with as many potential companies/contacts to approach as possible (up-to-date quality and quantity infrastructure).
Your scope will concern French companies with more than 10 employees.
Your tasks
• Devise calling campaigns in accordance with the qualification plan and marketing and sales strategies
• Qualify accounts’ and contacts’ strategic data
• Detect and highlight project or change contexts favourable to sales contacts
• Enter data obtained in the CRM
• Apply procedures defined for your position
• Deliver a StellarTM service when processing Sales colleagues’ queries and contribute to the year’s priorities
This entails that you
• Know ADP’s sales strategy and key data needed to understand the market.
• Know the qualifying arguments appropriate for different markets.
• Are skilled in salesforce.com
• Warn your superiors of difficulties encountered and offer solutions
