We have an amazing opportunity for four talented graduates to accelerate their career with us and, in just three years, reach manger level. It takes intensive technical, leadership and personal development to get there. But we will give you all the tools to become a key player in finance.

Operating in thirteen markets worldwide, IPF Group gives you the chance to take your career global. As a member of our Graduate Scheme, you will gain experience in a number of different countries within 3-years programme.
Learning alongside key figures in our organisation and gaining experiences across a variety of departments and countries, you will acquire a detailed but rounded understanding of our business. You’ll even receive optional language training in each country you’re working in, helping you integrate seamlessly and enjoy a real taste of life in different cultures.

Year 1 - In the role of Credit Risk Analyst, you’ll build up your technical skills, carrying out project work to analyse performance.
Year 2 - Stepping up to the position of Senior Analyst, you’ll be given the responsibility to lead and deliver projects across various departments.
Year 3 - In your third year, you’ll be required to design, implement and execute Credit Risk Strategies, graduating to the role of Credit Risk Manager.

Have you got what we're looking for? 
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Finished Bachelor or Master Degree since 2013, or graduating this year
- Flexibility to travel internationally
- Great analytical and problem solving skills
- Potential and desire to become a leader in the future
- You have the right to work in any country in the European Economic Area (EEA) without a work permit
