    Responsabilitati

    • Colectarea debitelor de la clienti.
    • Contactarea telefonica a clientilor delincventi.
    • Identificarea datelor de contact corecte pentru clienti si actualizarea bazei de date interne.
    • Preluarea apelurilor telefonice cu privire la probleme plati.
    • Urmarirea respectarii angajamentelor de plata.
    • Identificarea cazurilor de frauda.
    • Raportare catre superiorul direct a tuturor situatiilor care influenteaza colectarea creantelor.

    Indicatorii de performanta:
    • Numar de conturi lucrate.
    • Numar de angajamente de plata.
    • Numar RPC.
    • Suma colectata.
    • Insusirea si aplicarea regulilor de compliance.
