    Requirements

    Experience on IT recruitment projects is an advantage;
    - Knowledge of the labor market environment and dynamics;
    - Good negotiaton skills, flexibility, creativity, “out of the box" thinking;
    - Very good abilities to communicate verbally and written (Romanian and English);
    - Ability to work through ambiguous situations;
    - Organized and detail-oriented;
    - Intermediate Excel skills.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    - Perform searches for qualified candidates according to available career opportunities;
    - Contact possible candidates to inform them of career opportunities;
    - Coordinate scheduling of interviews;
    - Update the candidates database;
    - Conducting researches on our local labor market according to requested profiles;
    - Maintain and develop professional relationships by attending social groups and conferences;
    - Ensuring a good image of the company through transparency, confidentiality and reality of the given information.
