Why METRO POTENTIALS?

METRO POTENTIALS is a program designed to develop METRO Cash & Carry’s future leaders within 2 years.
By joining us, you’ll embark in the most challenging and fabulous journey of your professional life with the final destination: a management position.

In the first two years you’ll complete five assignments, each lasting between three and six months, where you’ll be based locally or abroad.

•  A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree (or equivalent) preferable in Business, Trade or Hotel Management Schools
•  Ideally maximum 3 years of work experience;
