About us

Ubisoft Bucharest has been an important pillar for the local gaming industry since, being the first Ubisoft production studio outside France. It has a strong history of contributing to iconic AAA franchises such as Assassin’s Creed, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, Watch Dogs and Just Dance, and has helped develop a total of over 60 games. We are looking for 2 new colleagues to join the HR Production team to provide support on Recruitment and Career & Development topics.

Their mission will be to provide support on HR administrative tasks and on recruitment, performance management, organizing internal events, trainings and conferences.

Job requirements:
• Passion for video games
• Analytical & organized
• Strong communication skills

• MS Office skills
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English

Responsabilitati

Offer support to Recruitment:
• CV screening & direct search on job boards, social media, internal database
• Schedule interviews and update the recruitment database
• Provide support on logistics for different employer branding programs (contests, initiatives)
• Extract & process different reports from HR information systems
• Update all HR information systems

Offer support to Career & Development:
• Keep an updated real time planning throughout the year with all types of appraisals (new hires, contract, project milestones, annual appraisals, performance issues)
• Extract & process different reports from HR information systems
• Organize presentations and information sharing events
• Provide logistic support on different events (trainings and conferences)
• Keep track of trainings & conferences via internal tools
