    Requirements

    This job implies working with the Spanish subsidiary taking care of all the HR administrative tasks including the relationship with the Spanish administration so a fluent level of Spanish is mandatory.

    Also you must have had a first experience working in an HR position for Spain or in Spain or either have studies or knowledge on Spanish labor law and HR procedures

    Responsibilities

    You will join the HR group department, an international and multicultural group of HR specialists, working directly with the HR manager on the development and improvement of the internal HR processes ensuring they remain reliable, up to date and they meet the group policies and needs. Your main tasks & responsibilities will be the following: Record, verify and maintain employees’ data; Provide HR reporting; Ensure HR group policies; Ensure consistency of the database; Prepare payroll inputs and HR documents; Review colective agreements and ensure the compliancy with Spanish administrations and law
