Catalyst Solutions manages Hipo.ro, a career website focused on young professionals, students and graduates, but also the biggest career events: Angajatori de Top, Top Talents, Dev Talks, Think Leadership, Consulting Days, Targul Virtual pentru Absolventi, Ghidul Angajatorilor, Angajatori de TOP Virtual.

We have the privilege of working with some of the most well-known companies in the world: IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Deloitte, EY Romania, Mondelez Romania, KING, HP, Bergenbier, Hilti, Unilever, BRD Groupe Societe Generale, P&G, Coca-Cola HBC, L'Oreal. 


Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging content;
• Develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing awareness about Catalyst Solutions projects;
• Communicate and build relationships with current or prospect media partners;
• Build and update media lists and databases;
• Track company’s news coverage, update & research activities;
• Coordinate activities and resources for one of the Catalyst projects.

• Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or another related field strongly preferred;
• Good writing, proofreading and editing skills;
• Passion for social media, should be personally active online and interested in the latest social platforms;
• Good research and internet skills;
• Results-driven person, multi-task and prioritize to set and meet deadlines;
• Passion for the PR and HR industries;
• Digital design knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator - nice to have.
