    Requirements

    -Minimum medium (B2) language level (speaking and writing)
    -Availability to work on a full time / part time schedule, Monday - Saturday, 10:00 - 19:00
    -Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problems
    -Ability to understand and properly categorize the problem detected by the customer
    -Ability to adapt to change
    -Ability to analyse a problem and provide viable solutions
    -Efficient use of resources for the effective exercise of the activity
    -Attention to detail
    -Good general IT-Knowledge in the area of web-based applications and technologies used in that area

    Responsibilities

    -Offering best level customer support for Italian clients via phone
    -Asist international end-clients, as well as distributors of Skin, Hair and Body products for our client, an international Cometics company
    -Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer�s inquiry
    -Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
