Education: University (preferable - social studies);
Language: Italian – Advanced is a must; English – high intermediate

Responsabilitati

POSITION PURPOSE

Part of the Shared Service Center team in Cluj-Napoca administrates the Tenaris Learning Management System by registering training activities and offers support in creating training reports

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
• Processes all training activity as per input received from local Tenaris University and updates the Learning management system
• Creates training reports according to the agreed plan and ad-hoc requests
• Follow-up on the On the Job Training process by working with line management and local Tenaris University and keeps updated records
• Coordinates the logistics required for training events to ensure their optimum performance.
• Registers training evaluation and feedback and provides reports as requested.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
