- CRM Contact cleansing: create new contacts in CRM, update existing contacts in CRM; research Contact information from websites and social media
- CRM Account management: create new accounts in CRM, update existing account information in CRM; research Account information on internet
- Opportunities management: status update in CRM
- Create/update reports from CRM
- Preparing data uploads
