IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

Cerinte

* Bachelors’ Degree required. Major preferred is IT, English Language skills: Advanced
* Great attention to detail
* Positive and proactive approach
* Experience with MS Office programs, with emphasis on Excel
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to perform comfortably in fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
* Ability to work as a team member as well as independently

Responsabilitati

* Report and analyze compliance data
* Research, compile, analyze and report various operational data from multiple sources
* Assist ongoing workflow improvement efforts
* Assist in developing policies, procedures and training materials to assure compliance with project regulations
* Assist in monitoring compliance with project SLAs and key contract requirements by collating data from different sources
* Analyze performance data and documented processes and perform risk analyses to identify gaps and potential risks to compliance
* Develop reports to assist with monitoring responsibilities
* Perform project risk assessments to identify any risks related to contractual compliance
* Draft, review, and/or revise incident and operational reports, policies, procedures, work instructions, materials for the project
* Participate in shadowing sessions with our Quality Assurance Specialists in solving different problems
* You will attend relevant courses for the knowledge used in your field
* Soft skills training: (communication, team work, presentation skills).
* Workshops regarding software and services from our offerings portfolio
