Contract Engineer

Responsibilities

Job Description:(Can perform  task independently, able to bear the relevant field or any job skill/business duties)
1.Responsible on incharge Rep.office/country/customer group’s business information amendment acceptance, amendment review and other chage management;
2.Responsible on incharge Rep.office/country/customer group’s invoice issuance, maintaining contract information, billing schedule, approving biling trigger supporting, invoice application and invoice print and send;
3.Responsible on incharge Rep.office/country/customer group’s PO receive and confirmation.

Main contribution:
1.Comply to all business processes, according to business requirement to differentiate front line existing business problems, ensuring routine business task is implementing smoothing. Responsible on incharge Rep.office/country/customer group’s KPI analysis and improvement;
2.Ensuring the business task has delivered an accurate information;
3.Recognise the business risk and organise to suggest relevant risk solution plan, ensuring company financial security.

Require
1.University main subject and or above educational background
2.Computer, English, Telecommunication, Electronics, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, Commercial, Finance, and other related professionals
3.Posses 1-2 years commercial, finance, accounting, project management and other working experience
4.Able to communicate effectively in English
