    TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

    • 1 year temporary contract with Lugera & Makler working for Philip Morris

    We are looking for passionate individuals who yearn for challenges and international work environments!

    You should hold a University or other equivalent Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Psychology. The successful candidate will have maximum 5 years proven professional experience in Talent Acquisition with a large multinational company.  Excellent command of English as well as good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Advanced user of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) with proven ability to build concise and audience friendly presentations. 

     
    RESPONSABILITIES: 
    • Provide value and support by attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talents for today’s and future business needs, while ensuring the best candidate experience;
       
    • Execute country’s Recruitment (Run Recruitment, consult and support HR Managers/Line Managers in selection and usage of the right Talent Acquisition (TA) tools | Perform screening | Run interviews| Coordinate HR Services activities regarding recruitment related activities | Build TA capabilities of Line managers);
       
    • Support the induction process by facilitating the new employee orientation program, gathering program feedback, analyzing post entry interviews and providing recommendations based on this data to the HR Mangers, ensuring inductions are being managed effectively across the organization supporting the employee's integration to the organization;
       
    • Support TA Strategy & TA Plans;
       
    • Organize and deliver, represent company in job fairs;
       
    • Support implementation of  internships framework;
       
    • Execute Assessment Activities (Organize and facilitate AC);
       
    • Synergies, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement (Suggest improvements of Talent Acquisition local processes).
