Requirements

• Engineering/Technical education or equivalent knowledge;
• At least 3 years of practical experience in Project Management;
• Basic Economics’ knowledge within projects (Costs, NPV);
• SAP Knowledge is an advantage
• Languages : English (spoken, written) is mandatory, German is an advantage
• Computer literacy (MS-Office);
• Logical intelectual power; competence for recognizing the essential in complex contexts;
• Very good communication skills;
• Individual, objective and team oriented work style;
• Pleasant, friendly person while assertive.

Responsibilities

• Managing the regional tasks of follow-up and prototype projects in cooperation with the main project manager;
• Supporting the main project manager in planning, organising, coordinating, executing, following and finalising globally initiated and conducted projects;
• Individual gathering of missing data for task completion (incl. customer contact);
• Integration and status follow-up of project within specific departments;
• Project Cost-Controlling and Change Management
• Release of follow-up test stations, protocols, LOPs follow-up;
• Initiate technical optimizations;
• First level contact in case of breakdowns within the production plants;
• Escalation when necessary to main project managers and local management;
