Requirements
Profile Required:
- Demonstrating functional expertise in the areas of domestic payroll (e.g. income tax, social charges, labor law, medical leaves and indemnities, work relations);
- Charisma knowledge would be an advantage;
- Organized, attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Positive, problem solving attitude;
- Ability to work independently and flexibility;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills),
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel
- Economy related educational background would be a best fit (university degree is not mandatory, but can be a big plus) and a Human Resources Inspector Certificate would be an advantage;
- Relevant experience at least 24 months in a dynamic corporate environment
Responsibilities
- Creates all the hiring documentation (Employment contract, annexes to the contract with additional clauses, verifies all documents necessary for the personnel file, etc.)
- Ensuring that all employee-related changes are performed correctly and timely in relevant systems;
- Advising internal employees on payroll issues and labor legislation and acting as first point of contact for enquiries;
- Update the employee data base in the payroll software;
- Ensure that all the personnel files are up to date;
- Updates the Revisal (General Employee Registry) according to legal terms.
- Creates all the proper documentation upon employment termination according to the law
- Manages the medical check-up (Hire& Periodical)
- Manages the relation with the Health&Safety supplier, accidents & compulsory health and safety training administration;
- Preparation of various internal reports requested by the manager;
- Performing salary calculations when required;
- Manages the personnel on-boarding;
- Delivering various employee certificates upon request
