Requirements
Demonstrated experience in B2B international sales and business development – IT software Industry, ideally digitalization services, outsourcing services or advanced analytics;
Experience in opening new markets and opening doors at large corporates in markets such as: USA, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark;
Advanced English– is a must; advanced German or French is a plus;
Ability of finding excitement in highly competitive environments;
Capacity of building mutual trust and confidence, enhancing business relationships;
Additionally: strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, knowledge of customer behavior.
Responsibilities
Show creativity in conceiving development strategies and determination in prospecting for new potential clients;
Understand their business needs and let them benefit from your assistance, guidance and support in order to outline personalized solutions and to obtain a high level of satisfaction;
Conduct business presentations and have an active role during the entire negotiation process;
Act as a go-getter on a fiercely competitive market, setting new sales targets within the company;
Perform periodical reports to the management, participate in forecasts, make recommendations and have a contribution in designing the annual business development plan;
Attend international sales and networking meetings, exhibitions and other professional events.
