Responsabilitati
- preluarea si tratarea solicitarilor telefonice ale clientilor;
- solutionarea reclamatiilor inaintate de catre client in scris si/sau la telefon;
- procesarea actelor necesare pentru inlocuirea si returul produselor companiei in cel mai scurt timp posibil;
- tinerea evidentei reclamatiilor si sesizarilor clientilor companiei cu respectarea metodologiei si indicatiilor primite.
