Requirements

About you:
- You have a University degree in Corporate Law.
- You have strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulation
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English and French (any other language would be an asset)
- Acting as a team member.
- Client-oriented and open to communication
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills

Responsibilities

The Senior Corporate Officer will administer a complex portfolio of international clients.
You will:
- Manage corporate documentation for the incorporation and liquidation of companies
- Be responsible for the organisation of board meetings and the preparation of board packs
- Attend board meetings and prepare draft minutes
- Draft agreements and be in charge of all legal documents
- Manage day to day queries from your clients’ portfolio
- Liaise with Luxembourg administration and external parties (notaries, banks, lawyers…)
- Prepare the relevant KYC documents
- Bring your support to the Junior Corporate Officers
