Software Test Manager

You will be working within Hella Romania Technical Center from Timisoara.

Your duties are both challenging and varied:

• estimate, plan and keep track of project software testing activities
• define test strategies for each software testing phase of the project
• create and maintain scripts for project metrics(Doors)
• prepare project status reports
• ensure quality processes as requested by automotive standards
• understand all the SW testing activities and be able to support on technical side

Your profile is as varied as your new duties. Ideal candidate should have:

• studies in a relevant specialization (Informatics, Automation and Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication)
• knowledge of project activities planning(Microsoft Project) would be an advantage
• good knowledge of C++ programming language
• experience in Linux/Unix would be an advantage
• knowledge of software testing methods(white box)
• knowledge of microcontrollers and basic electrical instrumentation usage
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• knowledge of automotive SPICE
• experience as SW Tester in automotive industry would be a plus
• advanced English
