    Senior Business Analyst

    Your Mission

    • Demeter is the Front-to-Back tool that manages DPS product for Equity Finance desks
    • The application allows to set-up DPS, book trades, compute product valuation, generate client report, compute payments, generate accounting flows and perform various extracts
    • The application is live for 6 years now and has beautiful days ahead with its integration at the heart of Synthetic PB for Newedge

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Put in place the study plan;
    • Collect and centralize the client needs (Front, Middle, Back);
    • Specifying the needs and write the functional specifications associated with them;
    • Time and Budget Estimation;
    • Elaboration & writing of tests scenario;
    • Connecting activities with the involved parties;
    • Validation and homologation of the performed development;
    • Estimation and initiation of project;
    • Regular reporting to clients and management;
    • Follow the development and raise alerts if needed;
    • Budget management and project KPIs;
    • Integrate user feedback during and after UAT;
    • NON regression testing;
    • Offer support to users;
    • Write release notes following the release;
    • Follow projects in POST production;
    • Monitor the progress of the tasks and raise alert;

    A little about You:

    • You have knowledge 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar position;
    • You have good knowledge in financial markets and investment banking;
    • You have the ability to translate client needs into functional specifications;
    • You have database knowledge – ability to write SQL queries;
    • You have a bachelor’s degree.

    • Good command of English, both written and spoken with the ability to participate in English-only meetings. — French knowledge is an advantage;
