    Cerinte

    Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll; very good knowledge of labor and payroll legislation - mandatory;
    Minimum 1 year experience in working with Charisma HCM - mandatory;
    Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) - mandatory;
    Proficiency in English represents an advantage;
    Ability to handle, in a responsibly manner, highly sensitive information;
    Strong analytical and communication skills - has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions;
    Ability to prioritize and multitask;
    Pro-active attitude and customer oriented.

    Responsabilitati

    Reviews all necessary documents and processes underlying salary calculation and ensures that it complies with the legislation in force;
    Verifies the entry data and final calculation of salaries (making all necessary checks into the payroll application in order to ensure accuracy of the calculation, as required by law and in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures);
    Issues and delivers to related legal authorities and/or internal departments all necessary statements for salary calculation (monthly pay rolls, unique statements, tax records and statistical reports), meeting legal or internal deadlines;
    Continuous monitoring and informing the Management, HR team and all the employees regarding the legislative changes in his/her area of responsibility;
    Develops reports on employee data for analysis and decision-making, statistical data analysis and other reporting as required; ensures timely and accurate delivery of all reports;
    Performs internal analysis on the compensation plans and practices (of the current and proposed future scenarios) and also on the benefits costs and allocation; drafts related reports and presentations;
    Coordinates the market research and analysis regarding pay practices and benefits packages; processes raw data for the salary surveys, analyses and presents results;
    Proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues; makes recommendations.
