Responsibilities

* Manage candidate database
* Give feedback to candidates involved in the recruitment process
* Manage candidates on the Continental online recruiting platform
* Generate and update specific reports
* Interview candidates as the first step of the recruiting process
* Overall support in other activities of the recruiting department
* Take part in various events as to attract candidates and promote company image

Requirements

* Enrolled in University or Master's program
* Advanced English knowledge
* Communication and organizational skills
* Detail-oriented
* Working knowledge of MS Office
