Your challenge

In collaboration with colleagues in our headquarter we deliver shared service center projects for more than 30 countries. Therefore we are looking forward to train young professionals and graduates in the related technology and enable you step by step to become part of global rollout teams. This gives you the opportunity to participate in state of the art SAP technology we use to deliver HR services to our plants around the globe in a deep collaboration between plants and the HR shared service centers. The trainee program will run for five graduates/ young professionals. During the training you will be supported by an experienced SAP CRM consultant/ developer who will guide you through your training plan and act as a mentor

Your qualification

• University degree in the field of computer science, business or a related subject or similar experience
• High IT affinity and interest in innovative technologies
• Analytical skills and creativity in problem solving
• Self-employed work, high self-motivation and organizational skills
• Very good command of English language - spoken and written
• Mobility and willingness to travel to company HQ in Nürnberg, Germany (approximately 25> of activity).
