    Responsibilities:

    • Subject matter expert in procurement processes, systems and strategies;

    • Coordinator & responsible for a correct placement and fulfilment of POs – RFQ, RFI, PO submission activities;

    • Coordinating POs expense approval – direct engagement with Directors & SVPs;

    • Coordinating POs amendment requests – adding funds to POs; changing financial data; POs & WBS (financial structures) closure; correcting G/L (general ledger) codes etc.;

    • Coordinating EMEA’s deliveries – follow-up & escalate orders status (direct engagement with suppliers);

    • Customer support and issue resolution for finance related queries / follow up on all overdue payments;

    • Analyze and negotiate offers for all purchases < $ 100 K;

    • Assist AP teams to ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to various accounts;

    • Strong collaboration with Asset Management team to ensure proper recording of purchased assets;

    • Vendor data management;

    • Internal audit tasks;

    • Develop process improvement ideas & small-scale tactical solution implementation;

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain systems and Microsoft Office suite

    • Knowledgeable of marketplace and industry standards; utilizes the expertise of others as necessary

    • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytics and data modelling skills

    • Project management skills

    • Ability to influence internal organizations and external service providers

    • Strong business acumen and understanding of risk mitigation approaches and contract language usage

    • Negotiation skills and supplier management skills;
    • Soft skills: proactive, shows initiative, communication, conflict management;
    • First level university degree or equivalent experience

    • Desirable 1+ year(s) of experience in a supply chain function

    • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills;

    • Mastery in English and local language

    • SAP / Ariba knowledge
