Good drafting and negotiation skills;
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
Fluency in English;
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook.

Support the business by performing legal administrative tasks;
Support the business by providing legal advice on a variety of matters;
Draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts;
Liaising with internal customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation involved by the business in the areas of contract law, company law, fiscal law, employment law;
