Requirements

-Minimum three years of experience developing in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

-A strong understanding of a PHP framework (i.e. Symfony,Laravel)

-Very strong understanding of OOP principles and practice.

-A portfolio of websites you have developed. Please include links

-Ability to write JS that works across modern browsers.

-Experience developing responsive websites and applications, experience with HTML5 and CSS3

-Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, consistently meet deadlines, and take on new challenges.

-Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

-Understanding of industry best practices.

Strong Pluses

-Experience with Git and GitFlow.

-Command line experience and the ability to work in Linux.

-Experience working with at least one modern CMS such as Magento, Drupal, Wordpress, and a clear understanding of the core of the CMS on a PHP level.

- Experience building customized Wordpress themes/plugins

- You are up-to-date with the latest and greatest trends in technologies because you are engaged in the open source community


Great-to-have Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Excellent problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

You'll be working closely on various projects, which includes our website backend, APIs, and also for our selected clients on an "as-needed" basis.
