Recruitment Process

Our recruitment philosophy and recruitment process

PwC is a firm committed to building strong, collaborative relationships that help our clients and our people realise their ambitions. We have a
diverse population of positive and energetic people who bring a richness of perspective and who want to build an enduring career in a progressive,
global organisation.

We therefore seek motivated individuals who...
• Are collaborative, and aspire to building strong relationships with their colleagues and clients
• Are agile, and want to broaden their networks and skills by working across teams, industry sectors, and in different PwC or client offices
• Have a broad, commercial focus that incorporates both technical and interpersonal expertise to help us grow our business
• Have a positive attitude that recognises strengths in self and others and are able to respond flexibly to meet client needs and shifting markets
• Are advocates of our brand, internally and externally, and can put themselves in others’ shoes, while always considering the impact of their actions on business and the broader community.

For more information on what competencies we assess through our selection process please see our
competency framework
.

We’ll look for evidence that you’re determined, good at solving problems and have a strong interest in the commercial world. Once you’ve considered the competencies above and submitted a good application we’ll invite you to our Assessment Centre. Assessment Centres include three main activities – we’ll test your numerical and verbal skills, carry out two interviews and ask you to take part in a group discussion or individual assessment exercise. The Assessment Centre also includes a Personality Questionnaire and a written English test. Download our Interview Tips and Recruitment Process leaflets below to get more detail.

We hope to meet you soon!
