In Romania, we have a strong Finance and Accounting Business Process Outsourcing division for which we are constantly recruiting and training fresh graduates or entry level candidates with Foreign Language capabilities. 

The Finance and Accounting skills will be trained for a period of 1 month during which we are helping new joiners gain the needed knowledge and skills to help them make a better transition into our BPO Finance and Accounting Division and help them become successful on their role.  

After the training, based on your performance, we will consider offering a job within one of our Finance and Accounting projects.

The training addresses the major knowledge/skills/areas required for a successful integration on the job:

· Outsourcing (Outsourcing basics, Service Management, Introduction to deal, Operational Excellence)
· Accounting (Basic Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
· Communication (Email communication, Customer Care)

A variety of methods will be used: Classroom training; Case studies; Role plays; Work shadowing; Interactions with operations colleagues; Individual feed-back.
