What is it about?
Our client, one of the global leaders in the
aerospace industry, is looking for 15 IT trainers
for a challenging 3 year assignment in Germany (7 roles), France (7 roles) or UK (1 role).
What will I do?
Starting March / April 2012, you will provide on-the-job training for the employees of a company specialized in aerospace, defense and related services that plans to change or update over 600 IT applications in the future.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparation: understand changes made from the previous version of each application;
- Design and deliver effective application training for end users;
- Write comprehensive training manuals and use e-learning tools.
You will learn multiple international training methodologies in a train-the-trainers session.
In your first presentations you will work with an experienced trainer in order to achieve your maximum potential.
Where will I work?
Depending on your language skills (French / German / English) you will live in an European country
(France / Germany / UK) and work in the company's local office:
- France: Toulouse
- Germany: Hamburg and Bremen
- UK
