Top Talents Romania – the Self-Discovery Journey

Imagine a world where people join your organization with a clear sense of who they are, what they have to offer and the contribution they want to make. But people, especially young people are not very self-aware. Therefore, at this edition of Top Talents Romania we have designed the agenda as a “Self Discovery Journey”.

The objective is to identify the most talented young people from Romania and embark them on the road to self-discovery. Their guides will be top employers, company leaders, mentors and coaches. 

Only outstanding individual who have the potential and the drive to start and develop a career will be invited to attend the event.

How we define talent?

We are looking for outstanding individuals who have the potential and the drive to start and develop a career in a company that invests in talent.

How do we get to the 250 most talented?

  • For the first selection stage, we evaluate the applications on 5 criteria (International experience, NGO background, Notable academic results, Foreign language certification, IT certificates), so from a number of 300 000 targeted population will remain 1 800 applicants. 
  • After the second selection stage, based on verbal, numerical and logical testing using Cut-e Shapes, the number of applicants will be reduced at a half.

Based on the results of the two stages, a score is computed for each candidate and top 14% are invited in the final stage of the project, Top Talents Days.
