Think Leadership

For having success is important to know how to be a good leader and for that, developing effective leadership skills can return significant business value.

Think Leadership is a two day event designed to reach top professionals with 4-7 years of work experience and background in finance, marketing or sales, whose next career goal is a leadership position or who already have such a position and want to improve their leadership skills.

                    

      Our objectives:

  • to promote your company employer brand through role models of your employees.
  • To answer the question “What could an experienced professional do in order to prepare for the next step in his / her career: a leadership position?”
  • Offer participants knowledge and information
  • Provide them with a source of inspiration from role models in their area

Agenda: 

Workshops sessions will be held by partner company's representatives and by external trainers, that will be focused on practical experience. Some proposed subjects are:  Building people skills, Career Planning, Self Leadership and you can find out more about: 

  • The opportunities of studying abroad (MBA);
  • Internal talent managements systems – learn more from the HR representatives;
  • Self assessment, by doing Personality Tests;
  • Improving your leadership skills by participating to our workshops.

Selection process:

The 355 applicants were evaluated according to the following criteria:

Professionals with an experience of   4-7 years in fields as finance, marketing, sales, logistics, IT or human resources, who already have or want to pursue a leadership position;

Professionals who want to learn how to achieve their career objectives, how to exceed their own limitations with ambition and passion;

People who are interested in their professional and personal development, with the desire of joining an elite community of professionals;

Participation benefits:

  • The direct interaction with the participants will strengthen the employer brand among an elite group of professionals;
  • The event creates a space in which the company can easily market current & future career opportunities and thus attract valuable candidates;
  • The structure of the event will allow the company to present the Learning & Development processes inside the company;
